Reeves Peterson

Reeves Peterson - Resident writer

Lee trained at the prestigous Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and has worked extensively as a professional actor in the UK and abroad. Last Christmas he toured Europe with TNT Theatre's highly acclaimed production of A Christmas Carol. He has vast experience as a workshop leader having worked in over 300 schools!. Lee also worked as a drama consultant for the Children's Parliament of Scotland.
 

Reeves Peterson is a writer, comedian and songwriter. Reeves has been a finalist in You Must Be Joking, won the Comedy Café New Acts and became the first English speaking comedian to headline the Suomen Stand Up Club Helsinki, Finland. In the summer of 2007 he was invited to compere the mainstage at the Poole Park Festival in front of 5000+ people.  Reeves is a regular guest on 102.3 2CRFM (gcapmedia) where he writes and performs topical songs for Richie and Caroline at Breakfast. Reeves has written the plays One Night In Helsinki, Green Fingers and the radio play Sammy and Mikey. He also has a number of other writing projects in the pipeline including a musical.

In addition to our permanent members, The take-away theatre company collaborate with education specialists to ensure our productions are as beneficial to schools as possible and take current initiatives into account.
